CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel before your balance is paid (July 1st) your deposit will be refunded. If you paid the full fee, a full refund will be made for requests received by July 1st. A 50 percent refund of the full fee will be granted for requests made July 2-15, and no refunds will be issued for any cancellation made after July 15th. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee.If you are not accepted into the program, your deposit will be refunded in full.
INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATION
You can use PayPal via our website, or your registration fee can be paid in U.S. funds by an international money order or a cashier's check from an international bank. If you prefer to transfer money directly into an account please contact us to make these arrangements. You are responsible for any bank fees on money transfers, and these can be paid upon your arrival.
